1972 Pontiac 400 heads 7j2. Update, Big intake 2.11 valves were installed plus positive seals on all valves. Spring pressure 105 at the seat , and 270 at .500 lift. maximum lift is .500 on the intake and .525 on the exhaust. heads have been rebuilt for the first time new bronze valve guide liners, new valve job, maged ready to go the intake valve sizes are 2.11and 1.77on the exhaust. The intake ports have not been ported however they are very nice factory matched ports! there has been a little bowl work done to them opened up now that the intake valves are 2.11.72 did not have outside bosses for headers but you can buy these brackets on eBay and then you can use headers or aftermarket exhaust manifolds. these will work excellent for 455 cc are 96.Notice Custom port work and chamber work.Also others 62, 6x #8, and more. I can rebuild any of these heads or yours. Also lots of cranks 400 all standard.
