Vintage gimlet screw

The listing

This tool is a classic woodworking hand tool used for drilling small pilot holes in the wood without splitting it. The hand gives you leverage to turn the tool manually by hand. The tip features a small screw thread when press and twist, this screw draws the tool deeper into the wood. The hallowed out semi cylindrical groove along the shaft pares away the wood fibers and allows the wood shavings to spiral upward and clear out the hole. Cash only. Receive a lot of spams.
