Roofer who will show up and not ghost wanted!

After numerous attempts to hire a roofer for some roof repairs through every known provider and all but one who was a no-call no-show after an appointment was made and/or then ghosted, maybe Craigslist will be the magic ticket. That said, this is what’s needed: 1. Someone who will show up at the time/date agreed upon to provide a quote for roof repairs 2. Someone who will not ghost after showing up to the property 3. Someone who will actually provide a quote after saying a quote will be provided 4. Someone who has a 40-foot standoff ladder to get on the roof from the front of the property because the access to the roof is in a tenants unit 5. Someone who is able to verify they are qualified, with a web site and reviews on public rating services such as Google or Yelp This is what the roof needs: 1. The flat part of the roof needs to be recoated 2. A 1 to 2 foot section of flashing needs to be repaired 3. All 8 of the chimneys need caps 4. One of the chimneys need the top 1 to 2 feet rebuilt 5. Some of the liners need to be repaired 6. Check the skylight for any maintenance or repairs 7. A new manhole to the roof with a pulldown ladder in a new location 8. For whoever actually shows up and does what they say they’ll do, and if the ability exists, the entire stone part of the interior basement foundation needs to be tuckpointed The property that needs the work is in the Pullman neighborhood which is at 111th & The Bishop Ford interstate (also known as I-94). The address will be provided once it’s verified there are public reviews of past work, and a date/time for a quote has been agreed upon.
