Beautiful Brown Leather Couch with Queen Pullout Bed

The listing

Need to get rid of this week! One Natuzzi Edition Leather espresso brown couch with a Queen size pullout bed and mattress. This couch was mainly used in an Airbnb and it's external is still in great condition! The pullout bed's mattress does have a stain (see photo) and needs some mending in the pullout bed's frame (It can still pull out to a bed). The couch measures at 85" x 39" x 33" (LxDxH) I am asking for $200 (originally cost around $4,000) Must pick up and I am located in Ballard!
