Front Entry Door Unit with 36” Door and 12” Sidelights

The listing

Front entry door unit in good used condition. Door itself is 36” x 80” with hinges on left as you enter the house. Overall unit dimensions: 63 5/16” wide, 81 1/4” high, 4 9/16” jambs. Door has two small, thick beveled glass windows near top. Sidelights have wrought iron caming. Nice-looking door would be fine for a new build, as well as reno, flip or rental. It came from the north-facing side of a house with a covered porch, so despite being roughly 35 years old, it had no exposure to rain or sunlight. Functionally perfect. No warp, no rot, no rust. Cosmetically in good shape - just needs paint scraped off the door glass and some updated hinges. Repaint to your own color choices. Interior side is painted white Sherwin Williams. Exterior side painted black. Sold as-is where-is in northern Baltimore County. Feel free to ask any questions. Calls/ texts only. Cash sale only. Texts asking if available or asking me to email yiu back will be ignored.
