The metal brass frame is embossed with a floral filigree snap-in closure accented with a floral dewdrop. The purse is exquisitely beaded with golden threads and multi-colored beads of varying shapes and colors. The overall pattern appears to be symmetrical and is finished on the seams with the same brass colored beads. The handle is made of brass colored seed beads which have some minor wear in some spots. The purse opens and closes easily. The inside black silky lining appears like new. No label so this could possibly be a hand made item. Have not been unable to find anything (old or new) as exquisite or lovely as this. So far, research indicates this is one of kind or a very limited edition. Additional photos available upon request.
