Vintage Early-50s Leedy & Ludwig 5 x 14 Snare Drum

The listing

Here’s a great sounding 1951-1955 Leedy and Ludwig snare drum up for sale. This drum has six Imperial lugs and single flange hoops with clips. It’s in excellent condition and is all-original except for the heads, wires, and two replacement clips on the bottom hoop. The nickel over brass hardware is in excellent condition and the shell has minor wear and surface scratches consistent with age and use. This drum tunes up easily and sounds fantastic; crisp and light as a potato chip. Beautiful 50's era snare drum. I’m in the Los Angeles area. Call or text me if you want to come check it out.
