2019 Winnebago Outlook 25J Ford Motorhome with Recent Upgrades

The listing

2019 Winnebago Outlook Series M-25J | Ford Chassis | 121,000 miles | Clean Title We're selling our dad's motorhome following his recent passing. We're hoping to find it a new owner who can enjoy it. We purchased it from a used RV dealer in 2024. Before we bought it, it was part of a rental fleet. During our ownership, we have not noted any mechanical issues. The interior and exterior are in good condition, and the major RV systems are working. Recent upgrades and maintenance: - New 2-way refrigerator installed summer 2026 ($3,689). Runs on propane, so you can use the fridge while camping without an electrical hookup and without running the generator. - New propane stove installed April 2025 ($868). - Water heater serviced/repaired May 2025 ($470). - Sewer dump connections redone April 2026 ($1,184). Allows you to dump the gray and black water tanks without crawling underneath the RV - a much needed upgrade especially for individuals with less mobility. - Roof resealed summer 2026 A few things to know: - The awning is currently detached and needs repair (was detached on a trip when the motor failed). We purchased replacement awning fabric, which will be included with the sale. We've reduced the asking price by $1,000 to account for this. - One stabilizer jack is installed; a second jack is included. This is only necessary if you’re doing rugged back country camping and maybe not even then, depending on your sensitivity to uneven ground. - TV has been removed. Additional details: - 121,000 miles - Clean title in hand - Generator works well - Roof AC, furnace, and plumbing work - Good overall interior and exterior condition - Asking $24,900. We're open to reasonable offers. Please message us with questions or to arrange a time to see it.
