Original 1970-era Martin D-18 dreadnought, built in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Serial #267717. This is a beautiful early-'70s American Martin that's now 56 years old and has been very well cared for. The D-18 is one of Martin's classic dreadnought designs, pairing a solid spruce top with solid mahogany back and sides for the clear, woody and powerful sound these guitars are known for. This example presents extremely well for its age. There are small dings, scratches and normal signs of use from more than five decades, but no major damage. I've included detailed photos so you can see the condition closely.
