Marybel The Doll That Gets Well

The listing

Marybel, a doll designed to be comforting therapy for children experiencing illness or injury, will be an amazing addition to any doll collection. Madame Alexander's intent was that the doll be used by a child in make-believe play in helping the doll heal. This 1960s vintage doll could use a little TLC, as her inner workings have deteriorated over time leaving her legs unattached. Marybel needs some help to get well; a trip to the doll hospital is certainly in order! Perfect for a collector who enjoys restoring vintage dolls.
