ROLLEIFLEX 2.8D TWIN LENS CAMERA
The listing
1955 to 1958 Rolleiflex 2.8D twin lens camera. Family owned since purchase. Used by my father as a professional photographer for the first 12 years, then he switched to NIKON. The camera has been kept in a tight waterproof case as long as I can remember, and I know it operates because I loaded and used it not long ago. It has a slight 1/16th inch small scratch on the upper top lid, and the magnifier on the top view point is a little loose, but not broken. the lenses are in great shape, no visible dust, and the covers are intact. There is one filter, one lens sunblock cover and another filter, but the adaptor is not present. I have two original booklets. This camera takes 120 film, and I know the quality is great, I have a large case with thousands of glass slides to prove the resolution of this camera. If it was in mint condition it could easily be a 2000.00 dollar camera. Hate to let it go, but I have the Nikons, and a new digital as well.
