Portable AC unit by Midea 12,000 BTU

The listing

This is a powerful, portable AC unit with loads of features. I used it for four months last year and no longer need it. New, it's $700. It can be programed to run on a daily schedule. It can also be operated from an app on your phone. It needs to vent out a window and comes with the board and fitting I used for a specific window. If that doesn't fit your window, you can order a window fit-kit online. I am happy to show you where. Price is firm. Venmo preferred but cash accepted.
