Selling my beloved Henry F. Miller piano, model HMV044EP, manufactured in 2007, serial# 1050478. I am the original and only owner. This piano has been amazing, but I am moving abroad and can't take it with me. The piano is a gem, in flawless mechanical and cosmetic condition, with a stunning polished ebony finish. It is built with high-quality components, including 18lb English virgin-wool hammers, Roslau German steel strings, hand-wound solid-copper bass strings, a solid spruce soundboard, and a 17-ply hard-maple pinblock. It has a rich, warm, resonant tone, expressive without being harsh or overly bright. It has been carefully maintained and regularly serviced throughout its life and is immaculate inside and out, like the day I got it from the old Sherman Clay store in Seattle. The hammers and all mechanical parts are in excellent condition. The piano was professionally tuned and voiced just a few days ago, holds its tuning very well, and has no known mechanical issues. Unlike many free or inexpensive used pianos that may have significant wear and require substantial investment in tuning, regulation, voicing, or repairs, this piano is ready to play and requires no immediate additional investment.
