MantelMount MM340 Pull-Down TV Mount for 44-80 in. TVs

The listing

MantelMount MM340 pull-down and swivel TV mount for mounting a television above a fireplace. We had our contractor install it above our fireplace. It looked great, but it did not sit as flush to the wall as we wanted, so we switched to a different mount. Our contractor removed and disassembled this one, then placed everything in the box and labeled it for return. Fits 44-80 inch TVs weighing 20-90 lb. Model MM340. Pulls down 27 inches and swivels 30 degrees left or right. I believe all of the main mounting pieces and hardware are in the box, but I did not personally install or disassemble it and have not inventoried every bolt, bracket or piece. Because I cannot guarantee that it is 100% complete, it is priced cheaply and sold as-is. Buyer is welcome to inspect everything at pickup and accepts the risk that a piece of hardware could be missing. $50 cash only. Pickup only in Chesterfield. No delivery.
