The is a Trend Medical lumbar support brace (such as a lumbar-sacral orthosis or back support belt) in excellent condition. It is adjustable and works well. The belt has pulleys with velcro that you pull on to adjust and tighten it around your lower back. It helped me overcome a pinched nerve in my back a month ago. I work as a mover! There are small square pads on each that let you adjust where the added pressure and support will be applied. Qe have an extra and this belt was obtained through a licensed medical practitioner and had to be authorized by insurance so it is a life saver for lower back issues.
