Brown velvet couch with 6 decorative pillows for sale $60 or best offer. Cash only. Located in Ravenswood. Non-smoking and dog-free home. The pillows are all in good condition. The couch is in fair condition; it has a stain on the top/front that needs spot cleaning (oxyclean should get it out), one hole in the cover of one of the seat cushions (can hide by keeping that side facedown), one very small hole in the lower area that gets hidden behind the seat cushions, and a tear in the fabric covering the springs (under the cushions; can’t see it with cushions on) . The underside cover and stuffing are no longer there. I bought it for $350 so I think $60 is fair given these things plus all the pillows. It’s 2 seats but it’s bigger than a typical loveseat; one person can sleep on it comfortably. Come pick it up. You’ll need a van or truck. It takes 2-3 people to carry down the 3 flights of stairs (third floor walkup). My husband can help you but i recommend bringing another person with you to pick it up.
