Have a used rack and pinion steering for the 3rd gen 4runner and other toyotas. Works well. We were chasing problems when we pulled this, found the bushing were completely gone, but had the new one ordered so ended up putting the new one in, so rack works great. If your rack isn't good, this will be a cheap upgrade since new ones are about $400+ Also have the high pressure hose that comes with it, it works well also, does not leak but the fitting is hard to turn, but can be freed up if you have the time and want to.
