2015 F-250 4x4 package: New Cap & Plow

My 2015 F-250 will be taken to Penn State Ford for new exhaust manifolds with an inspection the first few days after Nov. 2. I am upgrading the original exhaust manifolds on this 6.2 Liter engine with BD Diesel’s solution to Ford’s thin walled warping problem that was never solved through a simple part redesign. You can see the cost and videos of the many upgrades they designed into them on the internet. As you can see in the photographs, this exceptionally clean, low mileage truck will be in excellent condition and ready to complete the sale after the repairs are done. This truck package includes a new, ARE, aluminum cap with four, full length, carpeted, 8’ shelves that cost me $4,500. and was installed on 7/28/26. Cap options include: custom white paint, interior door skins, roof rack, improved door locks, front & rear windows with a two month waiting period to have it made and installed on the truck. The bed of the truck has a sheet of 1/2" chip board under a new, 3/8” rubber mat to protect the bed and keep cargo and tools from sliding around. Included with this truck package is an 8’, straight blade, Western, “Pro Series Plow” with a hand controller. The plow was ordered with the truck from Springfield Ford Dealership back in 2015 and was professionally installed before delivery. As you can see its condition, it sat indoors with very little use; I was told it was used about eight times on the owner’s 300’, home driveway. It comes with three plow casters for easy moving on a concrete floor and the very well designed, “Ultra Mount 2”, mounting system that makes attaching & removal a breeze with videos on-line. I will also include the “Fork Lift Jig” that I made to move it around with 4’ forks for easy storage outdoors. My research shows this same plow package, professionally installed today, costs around $12K and this unit is in new condition with many controller options for easy use with all literature included. History: The original owner of this truck was a customer of mine who used it for occasionally moving Sub-Zero refrigerators for his business. He had intentions of plowing his large, business lot but ended up using a professional service so he wasn’t rushed on snowy mornings. I bought this truck because of its low mileage and I didn’t want to separate the truck/plow package that is designed to function well together. The first thing the original owner did after buying this new truck was to have it professionally undercoated and ceramic coat the paint job. I installed many accessories that I believe improve the overall look and function of this vehicle with full intentions of keeping it. I recently had two serious health problems that are keeping me from carpentry work and come with added expenses so I decided to re-sell this truck package and keep my “02” F-250 that still serves me well. The plow is currently at my cottage located near State College and would be brought back if I have a deposit for the sale of the truck. Penn State Ford is also an excellent repair facility with the experience for this difficult job. I believe this very useful truck package is fairly priced and ready to work and /or play (fishing) with the base truck valued around $28K. When you add all the accessories, my asking price is where it should be. I have a lot of time and money invested in this truck so please don’t waste my time with “low-ball” offers. After 2016 Ford retooled their factory to make their entire truck line out of aluminum and I’m still a fan of structural steel for strength and rigidity.
