Porsche 356 (912?) Cylinder Head

The listing

Head appears to be in generally-good condition, except for a couple of bent fins. Markings: "6913" stamped; raised characters "101/8" over "H". I know nothing else about it, including the history. Please include name and phone number in your reply or I won't respond. Too many CL flakes. No texts.
