Brand New. Ran a couple of times. I know a lot of people claim that things are new when they aren't but unfortunately I can't use this style unit and so it is indeed new. My loss is your gain - I'm unable to return it. This is the top of the line portable AC, with dual inverter. Works great and cools the room. I paid $750 for this with tax and warranty. 14,000 BTU / 10,000 BTU DOE This works great for those who can't use a window unit, or would like something that they can quickly detach and store away. Once setup, you can take out the window insert and roll it away in a few minutes - that easy. This way you don't have to remove or clean after each season.
