Sculptural staved teak meets polished brass in this iconic Dansk pair, a warm, mid-century accent that’s as functional as it is collectible. This pair of sculptural staved teak and brass candleholders by Dansk International Designs were produced in the late 1960s to 1970s. Each piece is meticulously crafted from sections of richly grained teak, laminated in a stave construction for strength and visual depth, then finished with a warm, oiled surface. The flared, stepped form is topped with a polished brass insert designed for taper candles. These candleholders reflect the enduring influence of Dansk’s founding designer, Jens Quistgaard, whose organic forms and material-driven designs helped define Scandinavian modern style. Their timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and distinctive staved teak construction make them highly collectible and a thoughtful gift for any mid-century design enthusiast. Marked on the underside: “Dansk International Designs Ltd., IHQ, Malaysia.” Perfect for both functional use and decorative display. Very good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and use, including minor traces of candle wax in the brass inserts. 6" diameter and 3" high. $125. 2. Add a touch of retro charm to your kitchen with this delightful set of four handled soup bowls by Fire-King, complete with original clear glass lids. Made in the USA and crafted from heatproof oven glass, these vintage bowls feature the iconic peach luster finish with gently ribbed sides and curved handles, a classic example of mid-century kitchenware design. Each bowl is marked “Oven Fire-King Ware Made in USA” on the bottom, confirming they’re safe for use in the oven, perfect for baking individual portions of mac and cheese, casseroles, pot pies, or reheating leftovers in vintage style. The glossy peach exterior and milky white interior offer both form and function, and the lids fit snugly atop each bowl. A wonderful find for Fire-King collectors and lovers of 1950s–60s Americana, this timeless set is as practical as it is beautiful. The bowls are oven-safe, stackable for easy storage, and look just as charming on display as they do in everyday use. Excellent vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and use. No chips or cracks found. Each set measures 7" wide, 5" deep, 2.25" high for the bowl, and 3.75" high including the lid. $85. 3. Gorgeous teak, great lines and curves, classic Dansk Designs Ltd, made in Denmark, with the metal Peugeot grinder. It is in very good vintage condition with some marks, consistent with age and use. 3.5" diameter, 7" high. $150. 5. Dating to approximately 1905 to 1920, the set includes 14 delicately pierced silver-plated cup holders, 11 matching saucers, and 3 original glass inserts. Each saucer is stamped "Argentor" with the firm's hallmark, while the cups are embossed with "AS IG" or "AS.JG," likely referencing early production or workshop marks. The silver-plated pieces have developed a rich antique patina, with tones ranging from soft pewter to deep gunmetal gray in recessed areas. The clear glass inserts contrast beautifully with the darker silver, emphasizing the architectural elegance and fine detailing. S
