hello, this raincoat has a hood; 2 wide, sturdy Velcro-secured bands (neck & girth); a snap-thru leash slot, at the back of the neck; & a bright pastel print - Disney motif, it's Flounder (from "Finding Nemo") with colorful coral, algae, bubbles, & seashells, on a soft mint-cream background CHEWY EXCLUSIVE design, Size Large. Can be reversed to solid teal green; pattern visible, on girth band. Water-resistant - rain beads, & runs off. Secure straps help keep it place, for better coverage. --SIZING-- 15" collar band 23" girth band Back length: 17", hood seam to hem of back --CARE-- HAND WASH only, gently, cold to cool water, mild soap - dries fast, slip the neck opening over a clothes hanger, & hang it in the shower / tub; lay it across a folding clothes rack; or lay it on a towel, all straps undone, & flip it once or twice.
