1982 San Juan 23 sailboat 'Sassy Babe' - fast, fun, and easy to single-hand. Good sails; rigging and hull are sound. The honest part: bottom hasn't been painted in 6 years so it'll need bottom paint, and the interior cushions need reupholstering (interior itself is OK). 4hp Honda outboard included, but I haven't run it in years - assume it needs servicing.
