About the Protein V3: The Protein is a highly acclaimed dual-channel overdrive designed to provide incredible versatility without cluttering your signal chain. This is the latest V3 version, which introduces highly requested upgrades over previous iterations: • Top-Mounted Jacks: Saves valuable horizontal space on your pedalboard. • Soft-Touch Switching: Quiet, reliable relay-based bypass switches. • Adjustable Switch Modes: Features a hidden split mode to let you use an TRS insert cable to place other pedals between the two sides, or change the default order. The Two Sides: • Blue Side (Left): Based on the classic John Mayer-associated transparent overdrive. It brings beautiful, chimey note separation and transparent grit that responds perfectly to your playing dynamics. • Green Side (Right): Inspired by the classic "Nashville" green overdrive. It provides a smooth, mid-forward crunch that cuts perfectly through a live mix without sounding muddy. • Stacked: Combining both sides unlocks a third, high-gain lead tone that delivers immense sustain and harmonic richness without losing articulation. • Local public meet up for pickup • From a smoke-free, climate-controlled studio environment. • Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
