1989 Schwinn Probe ATB - 21" Frame

The listing

1989 Schwinn Probe in the original blue. This one was built in Schwinn's Greenville, Mississippi plant — True Temper 4130 chromoly frame, lugged steel, made in the USA. The Probe was a one-year-only model, so you don't see many of these around. 21" frame, fits riders about 5'11" to 6'2". 15-speed with the original Shimano drivetrain, original Alesa alloy wheels, and a comfortable sprung Schwinn saddle. Tires have good tread, brakes grab strong, and it shifts through all the gears smoothly. Everything is in good working condition and it's ready to ride right now. It hasn't been detailed, so there's some light grime from storage — a thorough cleaning would bring it right back to like-new shape if you want to go that route.
