Unique Custom Framed George Halas Stamp Display – Chicago Bears Legend

The listing

Full sheet of 20 USPS 1997 George Halas 32¢ commemorative stamps from the Legendary Football Coaches series, presented in a special-order matting set. It's not just a sheet of stamps in a frame. The display features a layered matting set in Bears colors: a slate-gray textured mat, a Bears-orange double mat with a cream accent line framing the stamp sheet, and a football-shaped orange plaque that reads: "George Halas – He was a coach with one professional team, the Chicago Bears, for 40 years. His Bears won seven league championships." We believe it was ordered through the Post Office in the late 1990s. It's not something you'll find in stores today. Professionally framed in navy with UV-protective, anti-glare glass, so the stamps stay bright and it displays beautifully in any light. Excellent condition and ready to hang. A great piece for a man cave, office, or any Bears fan. From a non-smoking home. Meet near Lincoln Park or Hoffman Estates. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
