For the exercise enthusiast or just for someone who wants to build upper and lower body strength, this is a great item. It is an Altus "Door Gym", "The Full Body Developer". It fits over a door and you can do standing shoulder presses, chest flys, reverse leg raises, hip/leg abductor, tricep pull down, rear detoids, seated rows, leg raises, bicep curls, tricep extensions etc. It It has only been used once or twice and is in excellent, like new condition. I have the original box and the full instructional book that comes with (The box has gotten a little torn). This is a great way to start your indorr excercise program! $15
