### Hoist CF — Six-Pack Dreams Included! 😄 **Two future six-pack champions included… unfortunately, neither one comes with the machine.** 😂 My two sons had a dream when they were growing up — they wanted to work out until they had a strong, powerful body, six-pack abs, and those big, impressive back muscles you see on the guys who actually spend time in the gym. So, being a good dad, I decided to support their dream and bought them this **Hoist Fitness CF Vertical Knee Raise / Dip Station**. They worked out on it for about one week. After that, I waited patiently for the six-pack abs to appear. Nothing. I waited for those big back muscles to show up. Still nothing. But I did notice one thing getting stronger and bigger: **Their fingers.** 😂 Apparently, all that video gaming was doing a wonderful job of training their fingers, while the rest of their bodies were taking the week off. And that was pretty much the end of their fitness careers. 🤣 Since then, this poor Hoist CF has been sitting in the garage, quietly collecting dust and wondering what it did wrong.
