They include: How to select a "most likely" answer when you are uncertain. How the tests are scored. The "traps" used to nudge you toward a wrong answer. Brief tutorials, practice tests, definitions of terms, examples, etc, all laid out clearly. These manuals are for self study, to let you learn how the tests are designed, & gain confidence. If you already took the SSAT & want to improve your score, or did not yet take it & feel anxious, these books are a big help. Verbal includes antonyms, synonyms, prefixes / roots, reading comprehension, writing, & analogies, plus vocabulary lists.
