2010 Toyota Camry. Parts car! Not running

Clean title, but after moving years ago, I don’t have it. You’ll need to bring a bill of sale form to fill out, and your drivers license. I was rear ended a few times in this vehicle, but decided not to have the bumper replaced the last time, and just took the repair check instead to buy a new car. 2 weeks before I was hit, it passed smog. I had been starting the car a few times a week so the battery wouldn’t die, but the last time I did, I saw white smoke coming out of the tailpipe, and then the check engine light came on. I didn’t start it again after that and I have no idea what that’s about. It’s been sitting in our driveway for a few years, and unfortunately, I failed to register it as non op, so there’s outstanding registration fees owed. This last year, the IRS took my state refund to cover what it could, but I don’t know what the remaining balance is. With that said, I’m selling this car AS-IS, and as a “parts car only.” This car was well loved and cared for, but it’s time to let it go and free up the driveway. Selling cheap because I don’t have the energy for run-arounds or negotiating. Mileage is approx a little under 190k, from my memory. Battery is dead. You must tow. Payment accepted via Zelle.
