Our spring ducks have started laying and we have limited quantities of duck eggs. Eight dozen duck eggs are available at the moment. More in the coming days, until winter days start to slow down production, or some of the layer ducks sell. The eggs are from a variety of ducks and vary slightly in size, color and weight. Our ducks free range in a no-spray pasture, foraging on grass, weeds and bugs as well as receiving a supplement of duck specific feed. Duck eggs are Delicious! We love to mix ours with chicken eggs to make a perfect omelette or scrambled egg breakfast. Our duck eggs are packaged unwashed, to keep the protective "bloom" intact, which helps keep them fresher longer. Wash before using. Note: If you'd like to have your own supply of duck or chicken eggs, we also have laying ducks and chicken pullets available in separate Craigslist posts. We are located in McMinnville, about six miles West of highway 99 on Baker Creek Rd. Can also meet up at Grocery Outlet or Natural Grocers in McMinnville, with a Minimum order of three dozen.
