Overhead garage storage rack 23" by 50" by safeRacks

overhead garage storage rack by Saferack. size is 23 x 50 x 3" this rack has never been used. I'm not sure if it has all the components, The price for this new is a few hundreds bucks but priced for only 50 bucks. I imagine any missing items could be sourced from home depot or a hardware store. this is designed to be installed hanging from garage ceiling to utilize otherwise wasted space for more storage.
