K&H Thermal-Bowl Outdoor Heated Cat & Dog Water Bowl

The listing

***PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION*** I bought this heated water bowl new for my feral cats so they have water this winter that isn't frozen. It arrived (as you see in some of the pictures)...brand new. The cord is still taped to it...IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLUGGED IN. You can also see in one of the pictures a small hole in the side where something hit it (I can hear the plastic piece inside). I "Think" it is perfectly fine, BUT I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE...IT'S NEVER BEEN PLUGGED IN. So, the vendor is sending me another one and I'm selling this one for half price. I cannot guarantee it and the sale of it is final. I have every reason to believe it's fine, but again, I've never plugged it in.
