Came in looking for two mattresses, one for me and one for my daughter who is just finishing college and needs a grown up bed. 11/20/23 He was super patient and knowledgeable, helping me find things that fit in my budget. The shop is tight, but totally packed with options from the best names. I felt confident both in his service but also the mattresses he had. 11/10/23 I found one for each of us, had them delivered next day. Delivery was prompt and courteous. They unwrapped my mattress and put it in my frame and hauled my old one away. But it wasn’t quite right for me. So a week later, I came back. He helped me try a few (10 or so lol) more to make sure I was getting the right fit based on my feedback of my old bed and the one I needed to exchange. 11/4/23 Made it all work, redelivered the new mattress, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for any of it.
