Delta 12” Wood Lathes

Two 12” Delta wood lathes. One good motor. Heavy cast iron. I have two of the same model Delta wood lathes that are likely manufactured a decade apart from each other. Selling as a pair. I still have the original motor/step pulley for the second machine, but it needs a new start capacitor. Available if wanted. The machine that’s complete has its original motor as well as the variable speed pulley block that was originally marketed by Delta for use doing light metal spinning projects. I purchased the older of the two from a machinist who was its original owner in the 60s. By putting the two lathes in line, I was able double the length of my bed for longer turnings. The headstock was able to be removed if you don’t want to spin the second machine around. The headstock bearings were replaced with modern Timken bearings after I purchased the machines. 1”x 8TPI headstock with #2 Morse Taper I have both machines on simple shop made carts to get them out to a vehicle. Additional $50 per if you want them left on the wheels.
