This is a Black and Decker, model number MS800. It has a 0.5-amp motor that operates at 11,000 OPM (orbits per minute or oscillations per minute). Complete technical details are located below. This is a finishing sander that has a small triangle-shaped head that is intended to reach corners, trim sections, and hard to reach places, where a larger sheet or orbital sander won't go. This is often called a detail sander or mouse sander. The head sort of looks like a mouse's head. The triangle shaped head measures about 5.25" x 3.75". It accepts standard sandpaper sheets of the same size that you can purchase at Home Depot or Lowes. I only used it once to refurbish an old coffee table, which had hard to reach corner sections. Given its limited use, it's in excellent functional and cosmetic condition. There is nothing wrong with it. You can feel free to test it out before purchase to confirm that it works. Besides the sander, you'll also get the original dust bag. The original cardboard box and sandpaper sheets are not included. You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport.
