Two Gated parking spaces, month to month rent

Spaces are behind my apartment on La Cienega Avenue, 90034, a clean parking space for rent month to month. Car MUST have current registration!! Area is gated, I have the clicker to open and close the gate. If you rent the space it is fine to do minor repairs on the vehicle such as oil change or replacement of air filter but no daily ongoing repairs. I have the clicker for the gate, if you need your own you will need to borrow mine and have a copy made at Lowe's or Home Depot.
