Electric fireplace and wooden mantle

We are moving and decided to sell our electric fireplace. The heater insert works and fake flames work. We removed the heater insert to make the mantle lighter to move in the 2nd photo The heater is rated for a 20amp outlet (there are usually 1 or 2 in most modern-built houses). I do think its important to use the right outlet for heating devices. The fake flames make a soft gear turning sound for few minutes as they start moving around , then they smooth out and sound like a regular space heater. We used this heater to heat our living room for a couple of winters. It puts out a good amount of heat and has an approximate thermostat. I have it set up in the driveway with an extension cord, so if anyone wants to check it out around sunset time, they'd get a better idea of the flames. If interested, message through CL messages.
