Vintage Macy’s Own Herald Precision De Luxe sewing machine with original cabinet. This heavy-duty, full cast iron machine was made in Japan and is believed to date from the late 1940s to early 1950s. The machine is in excellent cosmetic condition for its age and works properly. The motor runs smoothly and the machine sews a straight stitch. It includes a variety of original attachments for different types of hems and sewing techniques. The original repair ticket is included and shows the machine was purchased at an estate sale in 1998 and later received a new motor, throat plate, and feed shaft.
