These are All Pro Contour Foam Weight Sets and they are adjustable in size via strong Velcro closures and they are adjustable in weight for each ankle (see pictures). Each ankle weight holder has 10 individual 1 pound weights so you can start as low as 1 pound per ankle and advance as you choose to 10 pounds per ankle. The weights are very easy to slide into the weight pockets. They are comfortable per the soft foam covers. They are used but are in excellent condition. They are sold by the pair- to include the 2 ankle weight holders and 20 one pound weights to slide into the weight holders. All pieces for $30. They were $120 new.
