This is an Onkyo brand, model M-282. This is an audiophile-quality two-channel amplifier. More critical technical details are listed below. This has 2-channels of power that outputs 100 watts per channel for a total of 200 watts at 8 Ohms (2x100). This has one (1) set of standard RCA analog stereo audio inputs. It has binding posts for connection to your speakers. The amp is in excellent condition, both cosmetically and functionally. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this device. I would be happy to test it in front of you until you're satisfied that it works perfectly. Or you can bring your own equipment (speakers and a sound source) for the test. You'll only get the amplifier and one electrical cable. The original cardboard box or product manual are not available. You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport.
