The listing

Fossilized bivalve clam shells found on Hutchinson Island, Florida in late 1970 or early 1971 at the nuclear reactor vessel foundation hole, approximately 100 feet deep. There was an inspection of the shells and they were found to be over one million years old found at Vero Beach. It says on the bottom of the photo in the newspaper "Jensen Beach, Florida - Mirror April 30, 1970. The newspaper at the time of discovery took photos and took them to an outside source that described them as listed above. I have a copy of the newspaper article that we have kept with these two amazing fossils. The article goes on with further detail but says that they weigh 2 lbs. each and are 7 inches in diameter. This is a real find for anyone that collects seashells. They actually should go into a museum in Florida somewhere. $60/Set of 2
